When will my order be delivered?
If you order before 14:00, you will receive your order the next day. But of course, we also depend on PostNL. So keep in mind that your order can always arrive a day later. For weekend days and Monday apply longer delivery times. For orders over €25,- the shipping is free! Other shipping costs depend on the weight of the order. These are calculated automatically at checkout.

Can I return my product?
Too bad to hear that for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the delivered product! But of course we offer you the possibility to return your order. Send an email to hello@proudtopost.com with the subject: Return form. Then we’ll email you back with the return form containing further instructions. The costs for returning are for your own account.
I want to claim my warranty. Where to go?
Of course we do everything we can to deliver your order in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee damage during transport or other defects after shipment. Do you want to make a claim under your warranty? Please notify us as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered. If the defect falls within the warranty conditions, we will replace it free of charge.
Make the defect known by emailing hello@proudtopost.comMake sure you include the order number, reason for claiming the warranty and a photo of the product. We will then deal with your complaint as soon as possible.
